How To Use Ragi Kurukku ?
Step 1
1. Measure Ingredients:
o Take 1 teaspoon of ragi powder.
o Measure 250 ml of water.
2. Mix Ragi Powder with Water:
o Add the ragi powder to the water.
o Stir well to ensure there are no lumps.
3. Cook the Mixture:
o Pour the mixture into a pan.
o Boil it on medium heat while stirring continuously.
o Cook until it reaches a thick consistency.
4. Adjust Consistency for Babies:
o For babies aged 6 to 8 months, make the kurukku a bit looser by adding more water as needed.
5. Add Sweetener (Optional):
o For a sweet taste, mix in panam kalkandam (palm sugar).
6. Cool and Serve:
